No the offer we have on the house in Gaspereau expires ... they can renew it, or not. We don't know if they will. There's a couple who want to buy their kids a house who are supposed to be coming back this month to see our place - but no word yet as to when. (Their kids are living in the Netherlands right now, and when they get here they'll do the second viewing.
Nope that's out second option, it's the house further down on the blog - 2 acres within walking distance of Wolfville in Gaspereau right across the street from the elementary school, same high school, Wolfville is the Jr High (for now - the board is reconfiguring schools and might be moving the jr high to Hantsport GRUMBLE) - white house...the MLS is....55218259
I'd be equally...more...happy with the farm, and we don't need to do anything until the spring about it.
But it means a 45 minute drive to get Darkmirror to school if he stays at Horton. But it's within an easy 30 drive (local roads no highway driving) to Lawrencetown the following year if he goes into Geomatics like he's thinking of...hard choice. If he chooses Geomatics and we aren't within driving distance of Laurencetown he needs to live in a room and board situation and right now he is very concerned about that (may feel differently in a year).
Darkmirror is EXCELLING in his design and fabrication courses this year - the comment his teacher made was "I hope you recognize you are demonstrating greatness in this course BRAVO!!!" and really he should look at Design programs too but he doesn't want to go live in Halifax.
STRESS STRESS STRESS
Growing up is hard, finding a forever home is hard, selling a transition house is hard.
Blech...I'm going to go knit a doll sweater now...that's easy!

I'm knitting dish clothes and towels - easy easy and no frustration with toddler t if she rips them apart. Enjoy and good luck.
My wish for you is that your transition house sells in 2010. That's great news about Darkmirror doing so well in his design course.
